Ticket not provided for rights authentication

Hi All,

Having issues using nzrviewer.exe /zenrights i get "Ticket not provided for rights authentication"...

1. Does this mean that ZCM does not support rights authentication using standalone?
2. And with password authentication can i limit users to 1 device only?

Please advise its been a nagging question

correct

only if you have different passwords for each device
