Upgraded from 11.2.4 to 11.3.0 Imaging Issue

Upgraded from zcm 11.2.4 to 11.3.0.. got the latest ISO image from the server... created a Boot CDROM...
When I boot up with the CDROM and try to create a Image on the server... I get a error saying imaging licence is invalid

Any Ideas on where to look ??
Thanks in advance
Doug
