User Management on Terminal Server

We plan to aquire an new Win2008 or Win2008R2 terminal server. My question is about the user management on this terminal server, because we have a eDirectory, but no Active Directory
Can we use ZCM to enable the eDirectory Users to login on the terminal server?
Does this run fine? (also on Win2008 R2?)

Or is it better to introduce an additional AD, which is synchonized with the eDir?
Which software do we need to synchronize?

Thank you

Windows 2008 R2 is not yet supported in through ZCM, as R2 is using
the Windows 7 kernel (as opposed til r1 that uses the Vista kernel).
It's slated for 10.3, but I don't know if 10.2.2 will bring us an
early holiday gift with r2 support?

Re: User Management on Terminal Server

I tried to find my question in the documentation of ZCM. I found that ZCM supports DLU on Win2003 based terminal servers, but nothing about Win2008 (R1) based termial servers. Doesn't support ZCM this?

Re: User Management on Terminal Server

I believe I found it in the Docs

http://www.novell.com/documentation/zcm10/zcm10_policies/?page=/documentation/zcm10/zcm10_policies/data/baf95rt.html
Dynamic Local User Policy: Lets you create new users and manage existing
users created on Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista* workstations;
and Windows 2000, 2003, and Windows 2008 Terminal Server sessions after the
users have successfully authenticated to the user source.
