An SR would be best to troubleshoot the issue, but at a high level.....

If a User is getting the error about a logout on refresh, it generally means that there is an issue with the 1st List Auth or Configuration Server in the location rules.
This can happen if the 1st server is not working properly on the initial logon, it fails over to the 2nd and then on refresh and the 1st listed fails again.

I would move the 1st listed server to 2nd in the order in the ZCC for impacted locations.
Then run "zman lrr" on the primaries...(Note: that is a lower case "L" ...stands for location rule rollup".
Then give the system about 10 minutes and try again.

At that point, it will be a matter of troubleshooting the 1st server.
To troubleshoot it, i would make a location that included just 1 IP address that was a test device that contained just that 1 problem server.
This would make it obvious when it started working again....

How knows...maybe it just needs a reboot...
