Video Adapter Not in Inventory

We have ZAM up and running, and have our Windows workstations
inventoried. I noticed that any system that is listed in the
(Inventory Type) Workstation list as a "P4 3800 System" does not have
an entry for video adapter. The "P4 3400 System" and below show the
video adapter. We are an AE firm running 3-D AutoCAD apps, so it is
important to know who has what video adapter. Any thoughts as to why,
and a possible fix?

TIA
