Win7 (32-bit) Inventory dont get get updated

All our WinXP workstations get updated in the Inventory tab on the Novell ZENworks Control Center but all Win7 clients have a blank page.

When looking at the properties>"View Inventory Details" on the workstation zenworks agent I see the full inventory xml fil and it looks correct.

So in my opinion the information is not uploaded to the Zenworks server.

Anyon has any Idea ?

We run ZCM 11.0 and win7 sp1

Re: Win7 (32-bit) Inventory dont get get updated

after looking into the problem abit closer we found that no workstation was getting updated or inventoried at all (no just win7 as the titel said)

So heres what we found

We had about 25000 inventory xml files in our ZENworks\work\inventory directory when looking closer we found that the oldest file was corrupt so after deleting that one and restarting the service the rest of the files slowly started to get imported.

Almost to easy 🙂
