Win7 ZENworks Desktop icon not show up on AD password expiry

We use MS AD as user source on our ZCM 11.1a servers. On a Win7 workstation, an AD user with logon password expire, he is forced to changed the user password but all the ZCM desktop icons do not show up after. It is found that the status for ZCM agent is "Not Logged in". On some workstations the ZCM desktop icons not come back even logout and re-logon and reboot is required to fix the problem. Is there anyone have similar problem and any setting to force ZCM agent retry login??

Re: Win7 ZENworks Desktop icon not show up on AD password expiry

11.2 has some options that Might help.........

Supposedly it's possible for ZCM logons to work w/o the Novell
Credential provider.

With that removed, you cannot do DLU nor ZCM Policies, but since you are
using AD Logons, you may be using AD Policies as well.

Not sure if this would make things better or not in your case.
