Windows 10

Hi,
I have installed zenworks agent from 11.4.3 onto windows 10 notebook.
Found the windows 10 login screen flashes on and off.
The unlock / lock button on the toolbar is grayed out.
Any idea's on how to resolve this?
The same agent version works properly on window 7.

Thanx

Julian

Re: Windows 10

Julian,

I had an issue like that on some Windows 10 devices. The issue was created
by the User management feature.

On the device, go to Settings tab - Zenworks Agent - Override settings and
uncheck the User management feature. When done (you can see it in Agent
properties), rebbot and see if the issue is resolved.

If it's not the source of the issue, you can click on revert and it will
takes the zone settings.
