Wireless configuration notification, dll has not been registered, program will not work properly

After installing ZCM Agent 11.2.2.12991 on HP ProBook 6570b Windows 7 Sp1 Pro German starting the NB following Error Message is displayed (original in german, this is the translated version): Wireless configuration notification, dll has not been registered, program will not work properly

Searching the web I fond a workaround on answers.microsoft.com:

in a Administrative cmd window run: regsvr32 wltrynt.dll

Afterwards the error message has gone.

It looks like that ZCM Agent setup unregisters the wltrynt.dll.

Works like designed or bug?
