ZAC Reg error Windows XP SP3

I tried the following command on a newly imaged PC,

zac reg -g http://a2zcm1.nara.xxx

Processing Command : reg

user name : xxxxxxxx
password: xxxxxxxx

Unable to register with the server at https://a2zcm1.nara.xxx
Service Error. code: -28, message: InternalDataModel exception while trying
to create/update device: NARA-DESKT03
com.novell.zenworks.datamodel.exceptions.InternalDataModelException:
com.novell.zenworks.datamodel.exceptions.DataModelUsageExceptions : You are not
logged in

Any ideas why I might be getting this error?

Re: ZAC Reg error Windows XP SP3

Does the user have rights to register a device. Can you reregister another device using those credentials?

Re: ZAC Reg error Windows XP SP3

Yes, the user is set to a Super User. This user should have the rights to register devices.

Re: ZAC Reg error Windows XP SP3

I am getting the same error on two different machines when I try and register them. Did you find a solution on this?

Re: ZAC Reg error Windows XP SP3

Please check wether time and date settings on the client machine are the same as the server your are trying to register with.

Re: ZAC Reg error Windows XP SP3

I found the problem. In the logs I found a reference to my sql server logs being full. After I backed them up and reduced the size it resolved my issue.
