Re: ZAM could not collect jasperstudio usage data

Greetings wyldkao -

I was rather surprised to see your posting about this, and as a frequent user of Jaspersoft Studio I assumed I would see usage data from my system. However, I can confirm that I do not see any recorded usage for the program as either a fingerprinted application or as a software files listing. In looking at the recognition for Studio I see that the inventory is picking it up via ARP and MSI databases - not a fingerprint - so that explains the lack of application-based usage data. But the lack of software files usage data is a bit of a mystery to me; I'm wondering if it's because the Studio executable name is rather long and includes spaces...

At the very least a proper fingerprint should be created for Jaspersoft Studio.
