Previous thread https://forums.novell.com/showthread.php/493688-11-sp3-upgrade-to-11sp4-hangs
suggests jar file missing - but what do I do about this?

Thanks in advance. Daryl

Most likely the issue is because 11.3.2 is not supported on SLES11SP4, see here: https://forums.novell.com/showthread.php/499532-Upgrade-11-3-2-11-4-x-on-SLES-11-SP4

I've tried altering /etc/os-release
NAME="SLES"
VERSION="11.3"
VERSION_ID="11.3"
PRETTY_NAME="SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP3"
ID="sles"
ANSI_COLOR="0;32"
CPE_NAME="cpe:/o:suse:sles:11:3"

and SuSE-release
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (x86_64)
VERSION = 11
PATCHLEVEL = 3

Unfortunately the same "Error occurred while executing configure action SetEnvironmentConfigureAction."

I suspect this is not a SLES11SP4 problem

I know that SLES11SP4 is supported from the Primary Server Requirements of the documentation from Zenworks 11.4.1 - but how do upgrade?
Operating System Linux
SLES 11 SP3 x86_64
SLES 11 SP3 for VMware x86_64
SLES 12 x86_64
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.9, 5.10, 5.11 x86_64
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6 x86_64
New in 11.4.1: SLES 11 SP4 x86_64
New in 11.4.2: SLES 12 SP1 x86_64
