ZCM deployable devices disappearing

When looking at deployable devices on ZCC, I can usually only see them for about 5-8 seconds before there is some kind of triggered refresh and all of the devices disappear. I can manually refresh the page and they call come back, but for the short time frame again before they disappear once again.

Has anyone seen anything like this? If so, is there any kind of fix for it?

On the upper right side you should be able to change the refresh schedule for the page I believe.

Re: ZCM deployable devices disappearing

I don't see anything to control the refresh. I wouldn't have a problem with a refresh if all of the devices didn't disappear. I'm lucky to get more than 5 or 6 selected at a time before everything disappears and I have to do it again.

Re: ZCM deployable devices disappearing

We have seen this on some versions of IE, but never pinned down the cause. Disabling TLS in IE seemed to help in some (but not all) cases. We don't seem to get the problem in Firefox.

I tried disabling TLS and using Firefox, no dice on either. Thank you for the suggestions though!

the zcc.log on that server might yield a clue

Re: ZCM deployable devices disappearing

#1 - Try Restarting your Services, some cache could be corrupt.
#2 - Run a ZDC Report to see if there are DB errors.

Re: ZCM deployable devices disappearing

Have you found a solution to this issue? I am have the same problem, I have bounced the server in the last couple of days to get the deployment tasks to restart but it had no affect on the issue of the deployable objects in the ZCC disapearing after a few seconds.

Re: ZCM deployable devices disappearing

I have this problem when the machines are part of an active deployment.
Are there any deployment tasks still running?

Hello,

i´m having a similar problem with the deployment. The zcc log is the same. Running zdc, doesn't seem to have any problem. I'm running zcm 10.3.3.
Has the problem been solved??
