Re: ZENworks 2017 Update 3 error connecting to Reporting Ser

Perhaps Try this....
https://community.jaspersoft.com/jaspersoft-studio/issues/10331

"Use Soap Only Protocol"

Since I generally manage over the web interface vs using external tools, not really sure what that means....

Hopefully someone else has an idea, because I'm outside my realm....

Re: ZENworks 2017 Update 3 error connecting to Reporting Ser

Hi ,

It looks like studio cannot establish connection to the server and does not get back the response with server information from the connection attempt.

Did you follow the following guide to make a SSL connection to your server? If not , please do try once.

https://community.jaspersoft.com/documentation/tibco-jaspersoft-studio-user-guide/v640/connecting-jasperreports-server-over-ssl

Thanks,
Vishwas
