ZENworks Applicaton Window(NAL) empty after BSOD

I have the problem that the ZENworks Applicaton Window(NAL) is empty mostly after BSOD on Windows 7 x64 Sp1.
It happens with 11.2.1 MU2 and with 11.2.2 MU2.

The only way to get the icons back is to delete the zenworks cache.
After deleting the cache everything is shown as NOT installed!

for 11.2.2, do you have the cache corruption FTF applied?

Do you mean those TIDs?
Support | Missing files in ZCM agent cache
Support | Devices become unmanaged due to corrupt cache

Hi spond,

is it possible that when i have a server with 11.2.3a and a client with 11.2.3a that there are problems (empty NAL; no bundle icons shown)?
Other servers in my zone have 11.2.2 and the server writing to database also.

All Primaries need to be upgraded to 11.2.3a.
Upgrading a single primary server but not others will cause issues.

Schoonbeek,

the readme makes it very clear that all primaries must be upgraded
within a short period, ideally within minutes of each other
