On my patch management status tab, these items are stuck:

What can I do to delete these from the queue so other patches can
download? I've already tried deleting all the MS11-078 and MS11-081
patches and manually refreshed, but it doesn't seem to change the issue.

do you have the appropriate Patch Management Server Update 1 from
http://download.novell.com/patch/finder ?

Not sure how I missed that one, but it appears to have fixed my issue.
