can't PXE boot Dell Latitude E6520

Dell Latitude E6520 hangs "Sending DHPCP request eth0..."

I've installed latest imaging update (July 2011) on the PXE server.
Anyone know how to get around the hang so I can get the bash? Or know
the newid info for the E6520?

Thanks...
