jaspersoft studio and SSL

I'm having difficulty getting jaspersoft studio connected to our reporting server, and I think it's a certificate problem. I followed the instructions at https://www.novell.com/documentation/zenworks113/zen11_zrs_installation/data/b1cy2qjo.html

However, when I add the server and test the connection, I always get a javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException.

I've also tried installing the ca cert from the reporting server (ca.cert) into jaspersoft's keystore. If I dump the store with keytool, I see it listed as a trustedcertentry, but I still get the SSL exception.

Does anyone have any advice on what I might be doing wrong here?

Thanks!

Re: jaspersoft studio and SSL

Jasper Studio indeed needs the certificate from your ZR server, there is a section in the install doc that explains how to import the certificate:
https://www.novell.com/documentation/zenworks113/zen11_zrs_installation/data/b1cy2qjo.html

Is that the exact command you used with keytool?

Those are the instructions I followed and I double checked my commands. I was able to get it working by reconfiguring the server to use a certificate that I signed with our own CA, but I can't point to any reason that would work but the original method I tried wouldn't.
