I'm not sure if you're asking in the Linux sub-forum because your ZCM server is on linux, or if you're seeing the error on your linux managed devices.

IF it's because you're running ZCM Primary on Linux, then:
1) There's an open bug (still) where the DAU and other content will be corrupted and the only way to fix (temporarily until it happens again) is to have your DBA run a SQL query to whack things. See TID #7009993

and

2) Prior to 11.2.2 there's a problem where the java heap size will consume all memory due to a problem with ZPM

So I'd say update to 11.2.2 at least and then if you're getting the issue with 700993 (run the SQL query and it'll tell you if you have the issue) otherwise the problem won't go away.

I run the SQL query described in TID #7009993.
I found one Patch, which I deleted.

but I still have this exception.
In my opinion something is wrong with JAVA Libraries or Library Paths
Error : java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class
com.patchlink.ppxlib.PatchPlayer

which Library contains the PatchPlayer object?
