unable to log in

We have one laptop which has the unable-log-in problem several times. I
had to uninstall the zcm agent to fix that issue. We are running ZCM 11.

Has anyone had any idea what could possibly cause the issue? What is the
best way to fix it instead of reinstall the agent?

Thank you very much!

Re: unable to log in

April,

not sure why you posted in the forum for deployment to Linux? You'll
get better help in the deployment to Windows forum, but the first
advice will be to set logging level to debug and look at zmd-
messages.log when you login
