The Connected Backup Support Center website only allows a technician to manually search through the account history tab of each account to identify when the status of an account changed. This is a cumbersome process for any customer having large accounts.
One of our customers asked to have report template called “Account Change History Report” in Connected Support Center that would show the status change information with the date and time when an account’s status moved to ‘on hold’, ‘cancelled’, ‘deleted’ or moved from cancelled to ‘active’ status.
The standard report criteria can be used as shown below:
Impact: It would benefit most of our large customers.
