Support for Amazon Linux 2 OS Distribution

CDF runs on RHEL, CentOS, and Oracle Linux (see Support Matrix for actuall versions). Would be a good addition to support as part of our AWS deployment model, Amazon Linux 2 OS (More info @ https://aws.amazon.com/amazon-linux-2/) . It should be the base AMI when building CDF and Suite based AMIs.

Our preferred deployment model on Amazon is thru the use of EKS managed kubernetes service so this requirement is no longer valid. However, GovCloud is not yet offering such service, so for this cloud, we will continue to offer AMI based delivery on Compute services - but not yet based on Amazon Linux.

2020.05 updates - on AWS (Plain or GovCloud),  our preferred deployment model of our ITOM suites and services is using EKS managed kubernetes service. In such environment, all worker nodes are deployed with Amazon Linux 2 worker nodes that meeting strict AWS security policies.
