After the upgrade to CM 9.4.2 TRIM Action Email Notifications not working
MF CM 9.4.2.Hotfix 6 , Office 2016, all 32-Bit
Spotted yesterday, after the upgrade to CM 9.4.2 Hotfix 6 from HPE RM 8.3.2 , the TRIM Action Email Notifications not working. We setup the action and nominated TRIM user as usual, OK, OK, but the emails are not getting through.
The MF CM 9.4.2 TES and events are configured OK I believe, the events on the Mail Notification TRIM Server WGS ( Although Mail Notifications "Not in use" on the Primary WGS) .
Not sure where is the "stoppage", some system options? The TRIM Main Admin TRIM E-Mail ?
Where should we look?
Or we overlooked something obvious?

But that would only be it if you setup new servers and didn’t upgrade in place.

It is resolved now.
We haven't done the upgrade to the existing TRIM Servers infrastructure, we have rather done it on the set of brand new 50 and more servers. The configuration of the email server got lost during the upgrade, so it was manually entered which we didn't have to do in TEST Environment so not sure why it disappeared.
Now it is OK, email notifications started to come to our mailboxes.
