We are looking at developing a systematic auditing process to audit our users on following data entry rules etc. I am interested to hear how people have managed this within TRIM.
We are particularly interested in streamlined ways to notify users of errors and monitoring if they have been corrected - for example using email templates/actions/to do items etc.
Any ideas that you have that are working for you...we would love to hear them!! 🙂

A lot would depend on the processes you already have in place, but something that springs to mind is maybe adding a review process to an Action plan or a workflow.
