CM 9.3 P1 - Check In Sent Items

We upgraded from 8.3 to 9.3 and we an issue when a user starts Outlook they receive a check-in sent items window with a heap of emails with a HPRM prefix. We untag all the emails as the user does not want them processed , however when they restart outlook it starts to process again. In most cases the user also is a delegate or share another mailbox which I suspect is causing the issue

If there a way to prevent it from processing or should the user just clear out emails with a HPRM prefix from the sent items box
