CM9.2 AWS setup

We have installed CM9.2 in AWS successfully.

now we are facing issue when we planned to use High availabiltity and scaling.we were using procedure hen an instance goes down, it should automatically bring new AMI online with CM9.2 setup. we were facing the problem to set up the new workgroup server in the Enterprise studio.

to achive this we wrote a power shell script to read the tcfg file and update xml file, the problem is in CM9.2 the method "TrimEnterpriseConfiguration.SaveAndDeploy()" has been discontinued. 

is there any other way to achive this.
