CM9 Add Ins dropping out - Word & outlook

Users add ins keep dropping out.

Desktop add ins boxes for Word & Email are checked.

Opened word but no add ins installed & not disabled add ins.

When we checked in CM9 Options the boxes for word & outlook where unchecked again.

Boxes will not remain checked.

Any Ideas ?

This used to be reported from time to time in 8.3. Haven't come across it in 9 before though.

Are you finding that it is common for all users or only some?

Re: CM9 Add Ins dropping out - Word & outlook

I have seen similar issues with CM9.2 where the outlook addin would be in the disabled addins but it should not be as we have it all controlled via GPP.  I have been looking at the resilliancy settings but i have not had enough use cases to determin if this fix works correctly.

First thing to check would be the bit levels..

Other than that start disable all other addins first then enable the HPECM one and start re-enabling the other addins

I have found sometimes different add-ins can clash with the HPECM one.
