Content Manager folder in outlook sent items for shared mailbox

Hi,

We are on CM 9.3.2 Build 418.

Content Manager and Outlook integration.

I have managed to see Content Manager folder in sent items for the main mail box by setting the "<HideSentItemsFolder>false</HideSentItemsFolder>" parameter in preference file.

We have setup some shard mail boxes and even after setting up above parameter we couldn't see Content Manager folder in sent items for shared mail box. Any idea how to set that visible?

We could see that folder in HPE Records Manager 8.3
