Cration of a Transition folder when saving emails - Office 365 / HPRM 8.3.9365
Hi all - has anyone come across the issue of a 'transition folder' being created when end-users save emails into HPRM using 'Check in On Send? - its only happened on one (Office 365 pilot) machine but not on the machine Im using for this testing - can ayone shed light on this? in addition when saving the message ' the email msg has been registered etc, however cannotupdate the subject of the email etc' is appearing which Im assuming is due to the permissions on the email not letting HPRM put a "HPRM:" prefix on the saved email - see attached images

Hi Morrissey. The error message is a fairly common one. We treat it as a false positive. The email is being saved & we can live without the subject line being updated in Outlook.
I haven't encountered a "Transitions" folder before, but we don't use "Check-in on Send". I don't think it relates to the error message.
