Customise an Email Template for Use with Record Actions
I have a question regarding email templates for Record Actions. I’ve been able to successfully create some email templates for use with Record Actions, but I’m not sure how to create / customise one to replace the generic Action Reminder one that users receive if you have the “Send assignees a reminder when action due date is within:´ option ticked under System Options > Workflow…. Or even if it’s possible (?)
Does anyone know which Email Template I’d need to base it off E.g. Action Assigned, Action Made Current, etc.?
