Document Store: Windows, FTP, IAP ... or Database?

Jump to solution

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is there any inbuilt capability for TRIM (7.x) to store files within a database rather than in the Windows File System, or is this third party functionality?

Thanks,

There is an 'External Store' feature that you can utilise.

This provides the ability to use IAP as a document store.

However there is no in-built feature to use a database as a store, nor would this be an efficient or sensible storage option. :smileyhappy:
