Email Mail Merges via MS Word

I have created an email mail merge via MS Word utilising fields from Content Manager search which is then saved as a print merge and converted to MS Excel.  My question is the email is sent and a copy if placed in my sent box, my question is I have captured the CM container number is there a way that I can then tell CM to capture that sent email to the relevant CM container automatically???

Thanks Steve I had thought of that, but its an email going out to many customers as a reminder and each customer has their own folder in CM 🙂

Hi Shelley. You may have already thought of this, but you could create a linked Outlook folder using Check-in Styles then create an Outlook rule to copy them there.
