Emails opened from RM8 are appearing in outlook inbox???!!!
I am running 8.1 a staff member is opening an email in a TRIM container and when closed it the email is being sent to the outlook inbox. THis person is not listed on the email. Any help will be appreciated.
We had that problem too. Only with one user, and only sporadically. We never found out what caused it. I did create a support case for it I think but no resolution.
