Finding documents replaced in Integrity Check

Hi there

Is there a search you can run in TRIM 7.3 that shows all the documents that were replaced with blank documents in the Integrity Check please?

Thank you

Hmmmmm, i think from memory you need to run a search for the document size.

I haven't done it in a while but a replaced document is 1KB.

Thanks Greg

Bad news - there isn't a "size" option. You can sort by size once you've done your search, but can't search by Size in the first instance.

Is there a plan B?

Sorry the search option is in RM 8.

Do you have DCI enabled?

Every replacement document has the following text added:

"This empty document was created after a store integrity check error was detected"

You could do a search for DCI content for that phrase.

Yep and I thought of that already but unfortunately it didn't work. I thought that maybe the content of these documents wasn't indexed for some reason.

Plan C?

The list of documents will be in the integrity check log.

You kept the log right? 🙂

If you have the DCI running I think the replacement document has some text in it that can be searched.

Hi JasonIMEX

We tried that. It doesn't work 😞

We've developed a VB program that find them in the document store instead of doing it through the TRIM store, so we've sort of solved that problem.

Thanks for your help 🙂
