Force user to only select only ONE workflow activity result?

Jump to solution

Is there a way to configure an activity such that a user can only select a single result?

example:  When there are 3 results (Approve/Decline/Send for Correction) is it possible to limit the result select to only ONE?

This was logged as an enhancement since v8.3 but has since been deferred:

You could drop Micro Focus Support a line to see if this is in their roadmap.

Hi Quiton, our RM Workflow product offers this as a feature, users can click a single button in Outlook to complete a workflow.
