Has the product _really_ changed to HP RM 8? :p

Considering that parts of the documentation still refer to HP TRIM!  😄

Just take a look at: RM8.0_WebService.pdf

 

Also, its worthy to note that Registry keys are still showing up as TRIM too!  (see Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hewlett-Packard\HP TRIM).

And you still have the HP TRIM Workgroup service 🙂

 

On a related topic, has RM 8 been pulled? I noticed yesterday that it is no longer in the downloads section of SSO...

No, it's still there as far as I can see.

 

Remember it will be listed under the long and complicated Software Downloads, not the Patches section.
