Included Modules

Jump to solution

I'm having a total brain fart type of day. Is there somewhere I can look in Enterprise Studio to see which modules I am licensed for and which are installed? Thanks.

Hi there

If you open Enterprise Studio and click on License, there is an option to "Display License", click this and you'll get a dialog showing you what you're licensed for. Alternatively, you can find out what you're licensed for by viewing the "Setup Information", you can access this via the "File" menu (the little HPE RM icon on the tab space on the ribbon).  Your license details are displayed within the "Software license" property.

In regards to what is installed, you can look at the Control Panel - Program and Features list.  That will show you what is installed additionally to 'base' HPE Records Manager (on your machine).

Hope that helps.

Cheers

Helen :)

Thank you. Simple, and I've even been through all that before.

I spent most of yesterday trying not to break things. Appreciate it.
