We are on version 22.214.171.1240. When we setup a user as either a Contributor or Inquiry User their license is allocated as a Administrator/Records Manager. Any ideas why this is occurring? Thanks.
You check to see if the User creation (profile tab) has Copy of User filled where the user template has Admin or RM Caregory. OR check if the User Creation is automatic from Enterprises Studio and grant access radio button is selected where the template user is Administrator or RManager category.
Lastly, where do you see the License being used details , if possible to attach the screenshot of that and your use creation screen with example data filled simulating a real user creation.
