Question re: drag and drop email to CM/Trim while logged in as another user

Jump to solution

Hi all - here's a curly question which may be stretching the limits of CM functionality. I want to be able to login (user 1) and run Content Manager (shift-run as different user on my CM shortcut - see my attached image) while already logged in as another user (user 2) on the same machine, and at the same time be able to save user 2's emails in outlook by dragging them over to user 1's CM session. Currently when I try this I cannot drop the item onto my CM folder due to the security profile settings in Windows. Anyone have any ideas on how I can achieve my objective?

(64 bit all round:) Office 365/2016 ; Windows 10 ; HP Records Manager 8.3.9365

I don't think this can be done.
