Jump to solution

has anyone come across unavailable (greyed out) 'Date Registered' field for Records Managers in HPRM 8.1 build 7275+ on folders? the location has full view modify and create rights on the file

all other Date fields in the box are editable. There are no holds and the folder is 'Active'

Isn't that a reserved field?  You need to have the Records Administration (Restricted) permission to make this change post-save for a record.  In RM8.1+ this is only available to full Administrators.
