Request Email Notifications
We have had hp trim 7.0 (yes 7.0) and are now moving to the HPRM 8.2. We are in the process of testing the new environment and haven't found any success when attempting to have an email sent when a request has been placed. This could be something with how our test environment was setup but I would like to know if this feature is possible and how to make it work for us.
Our goal is for when a request of a Box for example is placed that an email would be sent to an email which is a shared mailbox for our department. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Some things to check:
- You have email notifications configured in the Enterprise studio.
- the workgroup server has mail notification events enabled.
- the workgroup server can process events
- obviously need a valid email address (in ES) and a mail client to receive on.
