Do you mean that you are using Outlook via a web browser?

Our Outlook Web Connect product integrates with the Outlook thick client and lets you drag and drop straight onto the web client

There is also an option to enable drag and drop from "Outlook on the web" (OWA) onto the web client which offers a full thin client solution

Hi David

yep - Id like to see if anyone else is capturing emails direct from a web-based Office email into RM/CM web client

Have you looked at CM's EmailLink (fka ExchangeLink)?  Since it interacts at the Exchange level, the links work from any environment where the user's account is accessed.

It works within Office 365.
