For something that should be so simple, it is doing my head in, it is related to searching HPRM8.2
Where I work a particular business unit put in a close date on their files when they have finished with them and when a search is being done for just open records, staff use ‘Open’ in the Search By field however the returned results list still contains all the open and closed files.
Any suggestions on what is happening?
