TRIM links in Word or any Office document

Dear Team

Is it possible to insert TRIM links into a Word document.

Has anyone had a go at making this possible or is it a bridge too far?

Try EasyLink from Kapish. It's an excellent product from nice people.

One manual way would be to create a TRIM reference object for a TRIM record (right-click, Send To, Make Reference), then just embed the object into the Word document. If a user who has TRIM double-clicks on the reference in the Word document it will open TRIM and display that record in a search results window.

Another would be if you're using one of the TRIM web interfaces you could just insert the relevant URL.
