Web Client unable to establish a connection to the Web Service

We have completed the installation Service API as per the document RM8.3_ServiceAPI.pdf , after installation and when we are trying to access http://localhost/HPRMServiceAPI -

Getting the below error , We aslo tried changing name with workgroupservername from file hptrim C:\Program Files\Hewlett Packard Enterprise\Records Manager\Web Client Classic yet No Success.

Please help with the issue

Config Error This configuration section cannot be used at this path. This happens when the section is locked at a parent level. Locking is either by default (overrideModeDefault="Deny"), or set explicitly by a location tag with overrideMode="Deny" or the legacy allowOverride="false".500.19.png

Try this.

In IIS Manager

  1. select the root level
  2. open Feature Delegation
  3. Change 'Handler Mappings' to Read/Write
