Workflow Email Notifications Not being Received in Outlook
Quick question, we've recently set up email notifications for Workflow. We are on 9.1.2 1118
We are also using Lotus Notes primarily - we have found that users on Lotus Notes receive email notifications but some of our users have recently moved over to Outlook and have found that those users do not receive the email notifications?
Can anyone shed some light on this - I am bamboozled.

Have a look at their email address in their location profile. It should be an internet style eg firstname.lastname@example.org
if it is a funky one, try replacing
