<(CM) Support tip> Issue with CM 92 Client backwards compatibility
Incident description :
Extracting documents via CM 9.2 Client will fail if Client is connected to CM 9.1 Workgroup server.
The error is "Error extracting record XXXX. Error communicating with Content Manager Workgroup server on "XXXX" [RCF: input data format error]".
This means user is unable to view, or make supercopy , or check out electronic document if it is are running with CM 9.2 Client and CM 9.1 Workgroup server ( mix versions due to upgrade ).
This seems to affect documents which are already stored in CM before Client upgrade.
R&D has created a CR QCCR2D65209 for this issue to be addressed.
