<(CM) Support tip>Unable to make change to System Option after running Security Filter Converter

Incident description :

HPE CM Administrator may find that the warning message about Security Filter Converter needs to be run is still received when attempting to make change to System Options. Though Security Filter Converter has been run, and it says all the threads are completed successfully.

Cause                         :

There are still some records in the DB that haven’t been converted to the new Security Filter Converter model, and HPE CM won’t flag the system for the new Security Filter model until all records are converted to the new Security Filter model.

Resolution                :

When the issue is encountered , please :

1, Execute the SQL below and if it returns a number other than 0,   please run the Security Filter again.

SELECT COUNT(*) FROM TSRECORD WHERE ( ( rcAclGroupKey = 0 OR rcAclGroupKey IS NULL ) AND rcAccessIsCont = 'F' AND EXISTS ( SELECT 1 FROM TSACCESSCO WHERE ( axObject = 6 AND axObjectUri = TSRECORD.uri AND axType = 2 AND axSubType = 2 ) ) ) ORDER BY uri ASC ;

2, Once the above SQL query returns 0, it indicates all records have been converted to the new Security Filter model, then execute the SQL below to make sure it returns 0 row as well :

SELECT * FROM TSWRSYS WHERE code = N'CNVT_173';

If the above SQL returns 0 row, then restart HPE CM Client , and HPE CM Administrator should be able to make change to System Options.
