NOTE: This unofficial plugin has been superceded by the updated ServiceNow plugin that was delivered with SDA 6.1.3.

The ServiceNow plugin allows you to create, edit, transition and check the status of Change Requests and Tasks as part of a process. Although there is already an SDA plugin for ServiceNow – that plugin uses the SOAP API and needs to be re-built for each new version of ServiceNow.

Please note this is a community plugin and not officially supported by Serena. If you use this plugin please provide some feedback so we can productize it.

See README.pdf for instructions on how to use the plugin.
