Deleted computer objects are not seen in the recyclebin

When a “computer” or a “group” object is deleted by using the DRA legacy web console, those objects are not displayed in RecycleBin afterwards, but if I use the win32 app "Account and Resource Management" I am able to see these objects on the RecycleBin. Obviously I use the same user to use both tools and that user has administrator rights. In other words, it seems that the same user with different tools displays different information. This works well with user objects but not with computer or groups objects. This issue was presented in the customer's environment and I was able to reproduce it in my lab. Both environment are with DRA 9.2 hotfix 2. These environments are updated with the latest patches.

Any ideas?
